Definitely worth driving a little further and checking out before investing in your next/first bike. Not only do they have a great selection, but they take the time to explain the what and why. Would recommend to anyone. Fair pricing, great ethics, and they even have several riding groups if you can't convince your friends to pick up the hobby.
I stopped in for some shoes and pedals and was helped by Joe. Joe walked me through options and was very informative with my decision making. Once I decided on what shoes and pedals I wanted, Joe had the cleats attached so everything would match up. I really enjoyed my experience at Cycle City and will be back in the future.
Came in needing advice on a bike for my first triathlon sprint and was met with all around great service. Ended up buying a bike which has been nothing but awesome. Took my trail bike in for service about a week later, couldn't be more happier with the results.
Everyone that asks, I will refer to Cycle City. They've never been pushy, and they understand that everyone's not looking for the same kind of bike. They've been patient when I couldn't quite put my finger on what was wrong, or didn't know exactly what I wanted.
