I have been here multiple times, and almost everyone here has a smile on their face when I come through, especially the boys in the tunnel! I always give them a couple of bucks. The wash is incredible! My car comes out looking brand-spanking-new every time! Bugs? Forget about it! Dirty? Thing of the past. If you need a wash, come here - I promise you that you will not be dissapointed.
Pleasant staff and above average wash. I do my detail work myself, but use Belfonte's basic wash to get started. I have the membership because it pays for itself after the 3rd wash for the month. The place has good vacuums for you to use, and they also have a location near my work so I can run through the wash over my lunch hour which is nice. This place does a good job and is perfect for my needs.
I decided to give Belfonte another try. JP, the manager, made things right that visit. He pointed out that they are having issues with the tire shine. He explained the current ownership does not have the same services as the previous owner. He suggested running the vehicle through the wash plant again to get the vehicle clean.
Wow is all I have to say. Best Belfonte's I've ever been to. Was recommended here by a friend after having a rough experience at a different Belfonte's Car Wash, and this location totally changed my perspective. Thank you, Parkville Belfonte's!
This car wash is absolutely horrible. My boyfriend had horrible experiences here but despite that I decided to come in one day because I didn’t have time to hand wash my car (which I usually do to avoid hairline scratches in my paint). The soap stained my stripes. The back end was sopping wet which later created water spots. I read some of the reviews and noticed that someone else complained about their car not being fully dry. You need to get it right the first time, not the second or third time. The pictures taken were later that night. I delayed on taking them in hopes that it’d go away but it never did. Please don’t waste your time here.
I am overall disappointed in this place. The new ownership has raised the prices and there is less product delivered. I bought the highest carwash service thinking I would get a nice quality product. I was wrong. Let's start will the towel (for wiping down your dash) that you have to ask for. The towel is little and thin. If you want another dash towel you have to pay for four. The old management gave free nicer towels and did not charge for extras. There was no one to wipe down the finish wash like the old management supplied. The finished product was incomplete. There was Road filth (bug after math, grime, mud) left all over the car. The service was suppose to include tire shine. The end result showed no evidence of any product on tires. The car mat machine did not clean the mats as advertised. I did not see any Manager to point out these issues. I would not recommend this car wash. Belfonte car wash needs to step up its game to keep my business.
