I wanted to follow ADA guidelines and not have Xrays done on my child until her permanent teeth started coming in or there was issue that needed Xrays. Dr. Berry refused to exam my child without an xray. We left with no exam. I was very disappointed because I had several people recommend him.
Today I received care from Berry Family Dentistry. I found them via Google and just happened to be right in front of the Platte County Community Center South (YMCA). The staff was extremely accommodating and after 20+ years of cleanings, I've never had such a thorough one as I did today. Hygienists and doctors were so kind I almost found myself falling asleep in the chair. It's important to look forward to going to the dentist. Now I do!
This was our first visit to Berry Family Dentistry. We were warmly welcomed, our paperwork was handled efficiently, our girls were treated on-time, and the staff was very gentle.
Their pediatric dentistry crew is great with my kids, even my 3 year old loves them. I also love that I can have my teeth cleaned at the same time.
