I love these guys! This was the third time I've used Christian Brothers Roofing and the quality of service and communication, which was fantastic before, has gotten even better. Just as Julius Caesar said, "they came, they saw, they re-roofed"!
Ryan has been great to work with. He clearly explained the process between the insurance, mortgage company, Christian Brothers, and the homeowner. They were very patient to ensure that we were not at risk from getting rain during the project and even with other minor project issues Christian Brothers has been extremely responsive and great to work with. Many neighbors have used them without any project issues. But I think how a company behaves when things are not perfectly smooth also speaks volumes. In this case it is loud and clear...go with Christian Brothers.

I went through 4 roofing companies before I chose Christian Brothers. Franklin did a great job of supervising the job, which included 4 roofs. When I had concerns, Franklin met them head on. The workers did a great job under extremely hot conditions. They did a great job in cleaning up after they were done. My young grandkids will miss Franklin. If you have roofing needs, you would be blessed to chose Christian Brothers.
Franklin did the estimate and he was fantastic! He gave me a written bid and a scope of work noting I had 3 small areas to repair and all the valley's needed sealant. It would require 2 bundles of shingles and gave me a bid of $470. I asked to be present for the repairs. A week later someone called to say in very bad English he was fixing my roof right now. However, I wasn't at home and wouldn't return for an hour - yet I wanted to be present. When I got back an hour later he had finished. I asked him what he did and I did not understand him. Other family members with me were confused as well. I felt sure he did not finish the scope of work and did not use the required sealant in the valleys simply from the areas he pointed to. He said he only used 1 bundle instead of 2 bundles. I asked him to leave the extra bundle of shingles but he just drove off. I called the office several times the next day and emailed the estimator as well. I asked for someone to come out to inspect the work and complete the repairs with me present. The following week I got a response. It took a couple more weeks to match schedules but Franklin did return and sure enough the sealant repairs in the valleys had not been done. In addition, some of the replaced shingles were missing sealant and along the ridge cap. Franklin finished the job correctly. While Franklin has been great, I'm left with concerns that most people would not realize the work in the estimate had not being completed by the the people who actually do the work. Most people would have paid full price for the repairs - trusting it was done correctly - and yet had an issue down the road that could have been prevented. My advice: have their work inspected to be sure it was completed and done correctly.
