I cannot say enough good things about Park University. I read through a lot of the reviews. Anyone can have a less than perfect experience with any "business". My experience with Park has been exceptional. The admissions process was outstanding. I have email, called, and used the Chat function on the website and there has not been one time that my question wasn't answered promptly and with good information. While I am a non-traditional college attendee (in every sense of the word) It is refreshing to feel part of the college community and experience.

My daughter went to school there. The counselors were horrible. They continued to have her take classes she had past, just to keep her full time to receive her pell grant to live. They had no one to help her when she went to complain. She wrote a letter wirh no response. She owes over 70 thousand in loans and still does not gave a degree. Did not receive help from anyone. One teacher told her she would never be a teacher. She is a pre school teacher and would like to get her teaching degree so she can get help paying on the loans. Any help woukd be great. I pray for her to get some help in this matter. Her name is Rebecca langley

Worst experience I have had with a school in my life. I am attending through the grace of my GI Bill benefits because I am a veteran. This last summer, I decided to take some student loans out to counter my cost of living, as I would be moving to Colorado in October and continuing to take classes online. I get approved for this aid which was 3 disbursements of a little over 3k. On the disbursements portion of the page it gives you dates they make the disbursements. Now, I'm not sure how much sense this makes but they put that you'll receive your first disbursements on the day you start class...then in the fine print, tell you that it is actually 2 weeks later so they can verify attendance. Ok cool, I can deal with that no matter how terrible the website design is. So, I wait 2 weeks after to get my check of a little over 3k and I still don't have it. I contact the school multiple times and finally get that money 3 weeks after the initial date on the website. The kicker? It was barely for over 1k because despite starting my classes October 16th, it was not reported to the VA that I was in class until November 2nd...meaning the majority of that check that was suppose to be money I was planning to use to cover some living cost and get school supplies went to pay my tuition. I contact the VA and they let me know that it could take 2 weeks for them to pay the cost of tuition. Ok, cool. Today is 2 weeks later so I call the VA and they let me know that they sent the money to the schools account yesterday. I check my school account balance and it's still 0 so I call the school to see what's going on and I hear yet another answer of "it could take 2 weeks". Are you serious? My classes will be pretty much over by the time I receive the money that I was suppose to be using to cover cost of living and school expenses. I should have received that money by the end of October, at the very least, but due to Parks obvious inability to communicate properly with the proper channels, I will not be receiving money for my fall semester classes until everyone is about to go on Christmas break. I made financial promises based off the dates park initially gave me that I have had to push back over a month. I have never had such a stressful experience riddled with poor communication and handling of my finances, and that's saying a lot coming from someome who use to be a government employee. I highly recommend seeking am education elsewhere.

Thank you

I did my studies here and just loved it. Campus was charming, classes were organized and teachers were wonderful. Great experience.

There may be contrary opinions / reviews and I hope that those people are able to get some resolution . My experience has been exceptional and would certainly do it again and recommend Park to others in my situation.

I just graduated with a bachelor's from Park and I am very pleased with the school. I am active duty military and Park went above and beyond to apply my military training towards my degree, saving me over a year's worth of classes. Because of the positive experience I have had at Park, I am rolling directly into a master's program and am considering applying for a doctorate later. If it weren't for Park's military friendly schedule and academic programs, I don't know that I would have finished my undergrad, much less anything higher. Thank you Park!
